Launch — A free, 6–8 week online program with one-to-one coaching that gives people tools, guidance, and encouragement to take their next step toward a job or advance to the CrossPurpose Leader program.
Leader — A free, 6-month in-person program offering skills, training, and connections to meaningful careers. Leader classes begin on set dates throughout the year.

Do I need work experience to apply?
No, you do not need any work experience to apply. All we ask is that you are willing and able to work once you complete a career training program.
How much does the program cost?
All of our programs are completely free.
Will I get my program preference?
We can’t guarantee acceptance into any program. Our goal is to place you in the program that is the best fit for you based on your responses in the application.
